Our client, a leading provider in the pet insurance sector, is seeking a Senior Project Operations Leader for a temp-to-perm opportunity that involves a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence twice a week. This role demands a robust background in project management, particularly in integrated marketing initiatives, digital platforms, and user experience (UX). The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the execution of intricate projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals, and achieving exceptional outcomes.

This position calls for a strategic planner with outstanding organizational capabilities, a meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to effectively lead cross-functional teams. As a Senior Project Operations Leader, you will be instrumental in fostering operational excellence, streamlining processes, and boosting the overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns and digital strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planning, execution, and completion of integrated marketing initiatives and digital projects.
  • Formulate and execute operational strategies aimed at improving project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including marketing, creative, technical, and UX specialists, to ensure flawless project delivery.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee timely and within-scope project completion.
  • Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may affect project success.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance operational workflows to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Ensure project objectives are in sync with overarching business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to fulfill project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, particularly in integrated marketing, digital, and UX.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, UX principles, and campaign management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
