Position: Customer Service Representative II - Sales Support
This role demands critical thinking and decision-making skills to address and resolve complex customer inquiries, requests, and complaints related to billing and corporate policies. The position focuses on maintaining positive public relations and effectively managing revenue risks.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing assistance and information regarding their accounts.
- Verify customer documentation and identity to prevent potential fraud.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers about their orders and necessary procedures.
- Identify coaching opportunities for team members to ensure adherence to established company guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver accurate performance reports to relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Provide professional coaching to third-party vendors and support customer growth initiatives.
- Recommend improvements to training processes and management strategies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance regulations and company policies to mitigate business risks.
- Meet attendance and duty requirements as necessary.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Required: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Associate degree.
