Position Title: Customer Service Representative II

Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative II plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clientele. This position is essential for delivering top-notch service and support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts, including order entry, inquiries, product details, order status, pricing, stock availability, and logistics.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a call center setting, utilizing Automated Call Distribution (ACD) systems.
  • Process sales orders, manage faxes, and prepare various reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service centers to resolve customer inquiries and issues from order placement to delivery.
  • Participate in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Experience in customer account management is preferred, and familiarity with the textile industry is advantageous.
