Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts, including order entry, inquiries, product information, and order status updates.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring prompt and effective responses to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and facilitate order delivery.
  • Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Experience in customer account management is preferred, and familiarity with the textile industry is a plus.
