As a Customer Relations Specialist II at ENGIE North America Inc., you will play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving intricate issues that exceed the capabilities of frontline staff.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main contact for de-escalating customer grievances, ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough investigations into Public Utility Commission (PUC) complaints and provide necessary feedback to regulatory bodies.
- Support brokerage functions by managing inquiries, generating reports, and addressing escalations.
- Identify and report system deficiencies or procedural gaps that affect customer experiences.
- Share your expertise with colleagues, offering training and support as needed.
- Provide supplementary assistance to the call center, manage contract modifications, and undertake other related tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the Retail Electric Provider (REP) sector, particularly within the Commercial segment or a comparable field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously, adapting to the complexity of cases and business demands.
- A foundational understanding of ERCOT and Non-ERCOT Markets (PJM, MISO, NYISO, NEPOOL) and intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, effectively communicating across departments such as Customer Operations and Sales.
- A leadership mindset that fosters empowerment and support within a customer-focused culture.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement and requires adherence to all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $53,900 - $77,175 USD annually. This range reflects the average expected compensation for a qualified candidate, with actual salary dependent on various factors including geography, experience, and education.
In addition to competitive base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus/incentive plan.
