Office Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator to support a yearlong contract position in Arden Hills, MN. This role will be part of a medical equipment manufacturing team with an excellent reputation.
- Coordinate follow-up communications with customers on field action notifications
- Execute mailings for US-based actions
- Conduct good-faith effort follow-ups via email and phone call
- Process Returned Goods authorizations (RGAs) for field action products
- Provide administrative support to project teams using Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to execute tasks and follow up as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Estimated Salary: $29.57-$37.75 per hour
