This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.\As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and phone calls. Additionally, you will help with payments and collections, verify contacts and account receivables, and update class attendance rosters.\The ideal candidate will have bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal communication skills. You will also have experience with Microsoft Excel and data entry software. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, along with some secretarial experience in a school setting.\We offer a competitive salary range of $16-$23 per hour, based on experience.
