About the Role

As a Medical Office Coordinator at Blue Ridge Health in Arden, NC, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and flow to minimize wait times and optimize clinic operations
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, providers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; one year of experience in a medical office environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
