  • Manage and evaluate all personnel involved in hardware and software development.
  • Oversee the development and management of ITS budgets to ensure cost efficiency and the maintenance of a robust ITS infrastructure.
  • Assess ITS procedures, systems, and training requirements, taking accountability for these areas.
  • Review proposals from various stakeholders to evaluate feasibility and financial implications, providing recommendations to leadership.

Essential Functions:

  • Direct the implementation of HHRI's information system technology strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to ITS standards and methodologies.
  • Guarantee compliance with federal ITS security mandates.
  • Formulate and manage departmental policies and procedures for end users.
  • Supervise the hiring, mentoring, and evaluation of ITS staff in accordance with HHRI's human resources policies.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in structured design/programming, object-oriented design, and database management.
