Role Overview

The ideal candidate will spend significant time prospecting and engaging with potential employer partners. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, customer success, product development, and marketing, to foster and grow relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to prospective employer partners.
  • Effectively communicate the YouScience value proposition to potential partners.
  • Manage follow-ups with key leads and existing accounts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback regarding products and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Successfully manage a designated territory and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of establishing new accounts and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills, particularly in articulating rapidly evolving product features.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building an account contact list from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Background in working with Chambers of Commerce or employer associations.
  • Experience in the education sector.
