AP Invoice Processor II

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AP Invoice Processor II to join our team at Optime-tech LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the processing of invoices related to inventory and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) for designated suppliers.
You will also be responsible for managing credit memos associated with the same suppliers and executing invoice processes through a three-way match system using the OnBase automated workflow for integration with Oracle Accounts Payable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process invoices for MRO suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage credit memos for designated suppliers, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Execute invoice processes through a three-way match system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and receipts, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Provide technical support for Brainware, an Optical Character Recognition tool used for managing electronic invoices and documents
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with Oracle Accounts Payable and automated invoice processing workflows (OnBase) is advantageous
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Google products, such as Gmail and Google Drive, is beneficial
Compensation and Benefits:
$65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
