YOUR ROLE IN DRIVING TRANSFORMATION

North Highland is on the lookout for a Senior Program Manager to assist our retail sector clients in reshaping their business strategies through SAP S/4 Hana enterprise-wide systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead teams in crafting significant deliverables across various work streams that foster enduring change.
  • Establish robust relationships with senior client stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives and pave the way for future growth.
  • Analyze complex challenges faced by our clients and devise innovative solutions to address their needs.
  • Oversee project management tools such as Asana, coordinate teams, manage timelines, and maintain RAID logs.
  • Implement your team's most effective ideas through strategic planning and management; identify gaps and areas for improvement in project plans or deliverables.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, advisory roles, professional services, or Big 4 consulting.
  • Proficient project management skills with experience in both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with SAP S4 Hana in large-scale system implementations, overseeing multiple digital projects, and managing operational and administrative tasks for project teams.
  • Experience with SAP Financials is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentation materials.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a track record of developing straightforward solutions to intricate challenges.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a master's degree and/or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
