YOUR ROLE IN DRIVING TRANSFORMATION

North Highland is on the lookout for a Senior Program Manager to assist our retail sector clients in evolving their business strategies through SAP S/4 Hana enterprise systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead teams in crafting impactful outputs across various work streams that foster sustainable change.
  • Establish robust relationships with senior client stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives and create avenues for growth.
  • Diagnose complex challenges faced by our clients and devise innovative strategies to tackle these issues.
  • Oversee and maintain project management tools, including Asana, while managing teams, schedules, and RAID logs.
  • Implement your team's best concepts through effective planning and management; identify gaps and deficiencies in plans or deliverables.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, advisory roles, professional services, or Big 4 consulting.
  • Proficient project management skills with experience in both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana in large-scale system implementations, overseeing multiple digital projects, and managing operational and administrative tasks for project teams.
  • Experience with SAP Financials is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentation materials.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a track record of developing straightforward solutions to intricate challenges.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a master's degree and/or professional certifications are advantageous.
