Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Adhering to established project management methodologies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitoring project plans and resource allocations, escalating any issues as necessary.
  • Tracking key milestones and adjusting plans to align with project needs.
  • Leading projects from inception through to successful implementation and acceptance.

Core Duties:
Your specific duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring completeness and adherence to standards.
  • Identifying and managing scope, budget, and resource impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Addressing issues that arise during the project lifecycle and communicating implications to senior management.
  • Ensuring all project efforts are documented for audit purposes in accordance with established standards.

Technical Proficiencies:
Candidates should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Work Environment:

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of five years in IT leadership roles, including experience managing multiple concurrent project teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, along with PMP certification.
