Job Overview

We are seeking a highly dedicated and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our team at Rochester Promotions Firm. As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through account management, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with customers to create customized products and service packages that meet their individualized needs
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to overcome objections and upsell/cross-sell products
  • Stay up-to-date on all client products and services to stay ahead of the competition
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings with other Business Development Associates to ensure timely delivery of goals and objectives
  • Report weekly and monthly sales data to the Senior Business Development Manager to ensure proper KPIs are being met

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Communications, Management, Sales, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot as needed
  • Curiosity and solution-oriented mindset
