Key Responsibilities:- Develop and administer Engineering Changes associated with complex welded steel structures, sheet metal components, non-metallic components, HVAC systems, mechanical components, and electronics/wire harnesses.
- Support development and implementation of design changes for existing products.
- Translate end-customer functional requirements into product specifications.
- Support the development and maintenance of product configurations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in steel structure, sheet metal part design, and welded component assembly.
- 3D modeling experience (Creo, Solidworks, etc.).
- Design for Manufacturability: 5-10 years of experience in complex product environments.
- Strong understanding of Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing requirements.
