Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze network and telecommunications alarms to identify potential issues and solutions.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, document, and repair network devices, including phone systems, call managers, VTCs, network infrastructure, and trunk circuits.

• Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation of the DISN network as capacity needs change.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance.

• Proficiency in two or more of the following: TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, VTC systems.

• Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent).

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $30-42/hour (based on experience).

• Full Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
