• Maintain, troubleshoot, document, and repair network devices, including phone systems, call managers, VTCs, network infrastructure, and trunk circuits.

• Identify and implement simple solutions to ensure smooth operation of the DISN network as capacity needs change.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance.

• Proficiency in two or more of the following: TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, VTC systems.

• Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent).
