Overview

The Human Resource Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR Manager by executing various Human Resources functions and providing essential administrative assistance to Management and Executive Staff. This position involves contributing to employee relations, benefits administration, and the onboarding process.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of diverse HR functions as directed by the HR Manager, including recruitment, employment screening, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Deliver primary administrative support to the Lead Team.
  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence.
  • Draft correspondence and reports as required.
  • Prepare and disseminate company-wide communications under the guidance of the Lead Team and HR Manager.
  • Coordinate appointments, conferences, and organizational meetings.
  • Organize catering for meetings when necessary.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Prepare materials for new employee orientation.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Lead Team.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical reasoning abilities are required.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is essential.
  • Commitment to embodying and promoting the Mission and Values of Christ Health Center.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary for effective interaction and delivering outstanding service to patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Attendance Standards

Must be punctual and reliable for assigned shifts.

Physical and Mental Demands
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Predominantly sedentary work, requiring sitting for approximately 90% of the time.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and use manual dexterity.
  • Proficiency in proofreading and ensuring document accuracy.
  • Ability to use a keyboard and view a computer monitor for data entry.
  • Exposure risk category II under OSHA standards.
  • Possible exposure to airborne risks, adhering to universal precautions at all times.
Working Environment

Standard office setting. Full-time position.
