Position Summary:

The Purchasing Administrative Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the procurement operations of Scholar Craft Products. This position involves a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue Purchase Orders
  • Verify the accuracy of Purchase Orders and confirm receipt of goods
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system
  • Assist in the upkeep of procurement records
  • Support inventory reconciliation and management efforts
  • Produce reports from the ERP system as needed
  • Contribute to the development of procurement strategies
  • Assist in managing inventory control processes

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is advantageous, along with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is also required.
