Job Overview

RemX is currently in search of a General Clerical Professional to provide essential support in various administrative functions.

**This position may lead to a permanent role**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Handle data entry for new accounts and maintain existing account information.
  • Collaborate with different departments and branches for clerical and customer service needs.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; maintain organized filing systems, and manage fax and email communications.
  • Ensure accuracy in typing and data entry across multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong typing skills.
