Job Overview

Position Summary:
Envision Motors of Milpitas is in search of a personable and detail-oriented Receptionist. The successful candidate will exhibit a cheerful demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and a genuine interest in the automotive sector.

As the initial point of contact for clients, you will be essential in delivering top-notch customer support.


Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers, addressing inquiries and guiding them to the correct department.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the relevant team member.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer questions and issues, ensuring exceptional service is maintained.
  • Keep the reception and cafe areas tidy and organized.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Support other departments as required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends.
