Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of all orders and ensure their release by the close of each business day.
  • Generate and send sales order confirmations to clients and relevant sales personnel.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies related to orders.
  • Input orders into an ERP booking system efficiently.
  • Prepare formal quotes and proposals as requested by sales staff and clients.
  • Record and monitor quotations within the Salesforce database.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers via electronic channels.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is organized within each order file.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders through email.
  • Regularly update required spreadsheets and reports.
  • Monitor various customer portals and support channels for new purchase orders throughout the day.
  • Handle incoming calls on the designated sales line, assisting or directing customers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in email communication; strong skills in Excel, Word, and data entry.
  • Familiarity with different payment terms.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of product lead times.
  • Previous experience with international shipping is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and proactively resolve issues.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $41,800.00 - $55,880.00.
