ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Technology Specialist to enhance our digital marketing initiatives. This role will be integral to the management and optimization of our key marketing platforms. The position will report directly to the Director of Marketing Technology and is based in our office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations and execution of tasks across various marketing technology platforms, including web, email, SMS, and databases for designated events.
  • Act as a key contributor in marketing discussions, providing insights and feedback on marketing technology products and addressing external inquiries.
  • Design and implement engaging website and email campaign elements that align with our brand's identity.
  • Analyze marketing technology performance metrics, focusing on engagement, revenue, user behavior, and artist scheduling to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for all content management systems and ensure seamless cross-platform integrations.
  • Manage content related to events and artists for various Live Nation productions.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams, including marketing, social media, technology, sponsorship, and production.
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, web management, or the music industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Technologically adept with a quick learning curve for new tools and systems.
  • Strong understanding of electronic music, artists, genres, and the associated culture.
  • Proficient in copywriting with a focus on grammar and structure.
  • Skilled in branded writing that reflects the voice of distinct brands.
  • Excellent organizational skills in both individual and team settings.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with web content management systems is required.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, graphic design software, HTML, and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Flexibility to perform tasks outside of regular hours when necessary.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and loud environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
