Location: Calabasas, CA (in office)

Salary: $26.50/hr (dependent on experience)

Schedule: This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity.

Role Overview:

Facilitate marketing and sales initiatives with external accounts to surpass objectives while minimizing expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee partnerships with national accounts and travel agencies.
  • Assist in achieving revenue and market share growth strategies with national and key accounts.
  • Maintain logs and schedules for events such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Ensure prompt delivery of marketing materials.
  • Review and provide content for promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing resources.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and optimization of third-party marketing content.
  • Enhance knowledge of products and destinations.
  • Manage content for external account websites and online platforms.
  • Work alongside Sales and Marketing to prepare presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Ability to read, interpret, and compose reports and documents.
  • Mathematical Skills: Capable of performing calculations and applying algebraic and geometric concepts.
  • Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
  • Computer Proficiency: Skilled in Contact Management Systems, Database Software, Internet Software, Project Management Software, Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software, Email Software, Presentation Software, and Reservation Software.
