This position requires onsite presence for four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee promotional tools and resources, ensuring client-facing materials are updated and product inventory is monitored.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of pricing strategies, promotional offers, and their combinations across all products and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team and Sales department to evaluate company incentive programs, consortia initiatives, and tailored promotional campaigns.
  • Provide monthly updates on promotional dates and pricing, including terms and conditions, for flyers and website landing pages; ensure all information is accurate and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Review promotion-specific content on the website and verify the accuracy of marketing and sales materials regarding retail pricing and promotional terms.
  • Assist in competitive analysis concerning competitor pricing, policies, promotions, and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Public Relations, or Business.
  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Software, Excel, report creation, pivot tables, formulas, and v-lookup functions.
  • Experience with CRM systems, competitive analysis, and trend analysis tools.
  • Background in data analysis, CRM, or database management.
