  • Monitor and analyze feedback received through social media and websites.
  • Conduct tests on social media advertisements and provide detailed reports on the outcomes.
  • Assist in compiling monthly reports on social media performance.
  • Organize and participate in events aimed at fostering community engagement and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to stay informed about new products and features.
  • Perform additional related tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator.
  • Proficient in using Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
