Job Overview
Citigroup Inc is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Specialist to drive growth on a portfolio of client relationships and partner with the Global Industry Head to develop industry-focused solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of clients, industry trends, and relevant solutions.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and collaborate with CLM, coverage, risk, and product teams to identify and execute opportunities for client acquisition, cross-sell, and scale replication of solutions.
- Develop and train coverage bankers, sharpen insights, ensure high-quality relationship plans, and coordinate marketing/client events.
- Stay up-to-date on internal and external market themes impacting industry growth, hold the pen to ensure discipline in escalation, and prioritize development of applicable solutions in partnership with Country Industry teams, product, marketing, and risk partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in banking and financial services
- Sound knowledge of banking and investment products, as well as a track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients
- Demonstrated credit skills, ability to structure complex deals, and stay abreast of industry market trends
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, ability to work effectively in team settings, and adapt priorities based on latest data insights

Estimated Salary Range: $157,040 - $235,560 per year, depending on location and experience.
