The Commercial Subsidiary Group (CSG) at Citigroup is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive client relationship plans to drive business growth and deepen existing relationships. You will work closely with product specialists to structure customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs, and collaborate with Case Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute client relationship plans to deepen existing relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Structure customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs, working closely with product specialists
- Collaborate with Case Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of clients
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet and drive revenue growth

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in banking and finance
- Expert-level credit skills and knowledge of Citi's credit process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

Compensation and Benefits:
$192,000 - $288,000 per year, plus discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, disability insurance, and wellness programs.
