Client Relationship Manager

T-Mobile is a trailblazer in the wireless industry, and we're looking for talented professionals like you to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and driving business growth.
The estimated salary for this position is $152,600 - $275,300 per year, inclusive of target incentives. Our performance-based compensation structure ensures that your hard work translates into rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence and Customer Engagement:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
- Present business cases to clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of T-Mobile products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell T-Mobile products and services to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Business Sales Experience (Required)
- 2-4 years Prior experience leading implementations of technology projects in the High Tech and Media vertical (Required)
- 4-7 years Prior wireless experience (Required)
