Job Summary:
The Pension Industry Liaison will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative analysis and support on benefits and Church Pension Group (CPG) programs and services. This role will also serve as faculty for business-to-business and business-to-client events, delivering administrator onboarding and education training.

CPG is a financial services organization located in Midtown Manhattan, offering pension benefits to eligible clergy of the Episcopal Church. Our mission has expanded to include life and disability insurance, health benefits, property & casualty insurance, and publishing. We are responsible for relationship management with institutions and individuals we serve. To succeed, our team must build trust and understanding with clients, collaborate with partners at CPG and external faculty, and create impactful points of connection with benefits clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
2. Provide consultative analysis and support to clients on benefits and CPG programs and services.
3. Serve as faculty for business-to-business and business-to-client events.
4. Deliver administrator onboarding and education training.
5. Resolve complex client issues and cases, escalating when necessary.
6. Prepare for and provide pension overview and retirement preparedness conversations.
7. Identify, plan, and design sales proposals and financial analyses.
8. Act as a conduit for insights between CPG and clients.

Requirements:
1. Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of Church leadership.
2. Strategic thinking and consultative skills.
3. Professional demeanor to represent CPG.
4. Ability to understand and resolve complex issues and problems.
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
6. Advanced presentation and public speaking skills.

Salary and Benefits:
$76,000 - $91,000 per year. Flexible benefits available to eligible employees, including medical, dental, and employer-funded defined benefit pension plan. Core benefits automatically provided include employee life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, short-term disability coverage, long-term disability coverage, and more. Elective benefits available include 401(k) with matching contributions and commuter benefits. Education assistance program available to eligible employees.
