Overview

We are seeking two highly skilled EUC Level 2 Support Engineers to join our Global team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technology support services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with IT ticket management, including incidents, requests, problems, and change requests.
  • Work closely with Managed Services Partners and/or Vendors to resolve escalated tickets.
  • Document all EUC technical processes and work instructions to ensure clear reference guides for EUC L1 Support Engineers.
  • Ensure that all Priority 1 Incidents have appropriate Root Cause Analysis Reports.
  • Identify service improvement initiatives within the EUC space and develop technical solutions through automation and scripting.
  • Automate repetitive tasks, such as monthly standard patching.
  • Develop a list of critical operational tasks to ensure effective running of all EUC IT environment.
  • Ensure that all EUC hardware and software services have the latest updates or are on a N-1 stable version.
  • Act as a role model and mentor to EUC junior colleagues.
  • Participate in Technology Services projects and Proof of Concepts for IT products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in end user computing environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in providing desktop support for Windows 10 & 11, and Mac.
  • A degree holder, preferably in IT Information Systems.
  • Proficient understanding of end user hardware technology, including Dell Laptops, Apple Macintosh, and mobile devices.
  • Certifications or extensive experience with Intune, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Office 365, JAMF, Okta, and Desktop Support.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or Remedy IT Service Management.
Advantageous Qualifications
  • Working experience and/or certifications with networking.
  • ITIL foundation.
  • Familiarity and experience with scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript, etc.
