HR Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR team as an Administrative Assistant. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with organizing departmental activities and events
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as required, such as data entry and file maintenance
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of office/administrative assistant experience in an HR department
  • Recruitment experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and HRIS
  • Proficient in data entry and file maintenance
  • Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement
