Job Summary
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Quality Department. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage document scanning, verify data control records and shipment documents, and work under direct supervision to follow procedures and accomplish assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, retrieve, and compile data/records using computer operations (MS Word and Excel).
- Understand customer requirements as defined on drawings and specifications.
- Compile product certification packages for delivery to customers with product shipment.
- Scan manufacturing planning's and purchase orders.
- Verify inspection receiving certifications, scan shipment packing slips.
- Manage and facilitate both internal and external (customer portals) systems.
- Work with Shipping department and provide complete documentation to customers.
- Perform additional tasks to support the Quality Assurance Department.
Desirable Experience, Capabilities, and Success Factors
- College degree in Quality or Engineering preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in Quality Assurance/Control or other relevant experience.
- Ability to promote and foster a Continuous Improvement culture.
- Ability to communicate and work with others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Must be organized and practice good housekeeping on a daily basis.
- Must be flexible and cooperative with a continuous change of workload.
- Effective communicator – strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effectively apply appropriate problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques.
- Experience with understanding purchase orders, government contracts, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
- Ability to manage workload to deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.
- Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder) per ITAR regulations.
