Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the HR Strategy & Planning team, including managing the HR project calendar and budget.
  • Assist with cross-functional HR projects, such as creating and managing presentation materials for internal meetings.
  • Compile HR metrics and create dashboards to provide analysis on current status, historical changes, and projected trends in all HR matters.
  • Conduct monthly and ad hoc reporting to support evolving business needs and data requests.
  • Manage and monitor the HR department budget and HR Strategy and Planning team budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Four or more years of relevant HR experience required.
  • Proficient in Office 365 with advanced level Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidential nature of employee information and records.
