Overview

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's mission by providing exceptional employee experiences and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR function across multiple Centers of Excellence, delivering value to employees and managers through onboarding, process alignment, and data integrity. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing HR policy guidance to employees to ensure they understand and comply with enterprise and divisional policies.
  • Overseeing onboarding activities for new hires to ensure accurate information is collected and entered into HR systems.
  • Supporting Day One Orientation and monitoring candidate experience to ensure alignment with the organization's culture and efficiency of activities.
  • Coordinating day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accurate entry of data into HR systems.
  • Assisting with initiatives such as candidate interviews, employee engagement, and facility-specific programs.
  • Partnering with HR teams to design effective programs, processes, and policies to ensure standards across the facility and division are aligned.
  • Identifying and implementing HR best practices to align with leadership and ensure high standards of service.
  • Performing ad hoc requests and assisting with special projects and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
