We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Richemont Americas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all Baume & Mercier authorized dealers on the East Coast and Central regions of North America.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales and retail, with a proven track record of driving sell-through and developing strong relationships with principals and store personnel.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and driving sell-through, ensuring proper assortment in each POS
  • Developing strong relationships with principals and store personnel
  • Closing collaboration with the sales administration, marketing and customer service teams
  • Managing the day-to-day sales activity for authorized retailers
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape and providing constant feedback to the sales team

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer orientation, a healthy dose of ambition, and the ability to work independently with strong follow-through as well as part of the team. They will also have a flexible approach, with the ability to travel up to 50%.
