Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Smile City Dental. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our dental team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
    • Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about our services
    • Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Administrative Support
    • Prepare and process business correspondence, reports, and documents
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
    • Provide administrative support to dental team members as needed
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
    • Communicate effectively with dental team members, patients, and external parties
    • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
    • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset
  • Experience
    • Minimum one year of administrative experience in a dental or healthcare setting
    • Preferred two years of experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental software
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced dental office environment, with regular exposure to patients and dental team members. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
