Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a Technical Sales Manager at 77 Consultants, you will take the lead in promoting and selling sophisticated technological solutions, ensuring they align with client specifications while facilitating internal collaboration. This position encompasses overseeing the sales team, refining sales methodologies, and uncovering new market potentials.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell advanced technological solutions to various businesses and clientele.
  • Ensure that product offerings align with client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive support.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, establishing and reaching sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients.
  • Continuously enhance sales strategies, techniques, and approaches.
  • Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential business ventures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Strong technical expertise in memory modules, SSDs, AI edge servers, and Add-In Cards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and perform under pressure.
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
