  • Focusing on continuous quality enhancement, clinical excellence, and solution-oriented problem-solving.
  • Conducting quality assessments and offering constructive feedback to team members and the clinical leadership team.
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Director to create or update EAP clinical policies, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Acting as a clinical liaison with clinical operations, sales, product, and partnership success teams to enhance EAP services and programs.
  • Participating in the development and delivery of programs and presentations for customer accounts, along with various marketing and informational initiatives.
  • Serving as a point of contact with assigned EAP clinical vendor partners.

Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent independent licensure required.
  • 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, including EAP and management consultation.
  • 5+ years of experience leading multi-functional clinical teams.
  • SAP qualification preferred.
  • CEAP certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of substance use disorders and levels of care, as well as best practices for addressing substance use in the workplace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and EAP best practices.
  • Comfortable in dynamic environments with evolving responsibilities.
  • Technologically proficient: adept at adopting new technologies and platforms, and efficient in tech-related tasks.

The target salary range for this position is $97,700 - $114,500, as part of a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual compensation may vary from the target range based on factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
