Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mental health professionals dedicated to specific client accounts.
  • Guide and manage the team in tasks such as assessment and referral, ongoing case management, crisis intervention, and both in-person and virtual group training sessions.
  • Ensure prompt and effective Critical Incident Response is provided as necessary.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, provide feedback, conduct team and individual meetings, and facilitate the professional development of team members.
  • Establish productivity benchmarks and monitor team workloads.
  • Emphasize continuous quality enhancement, clinical excellence, and solution-focused problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to create or revise EAP clinical policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Act as a clinical liaison with clinical operations, sales, product, and partnership success teams to enhance EAP services and programs.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of programs and presentations for client accounts, as well as various marketing and informational initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact with assigned EAP clinical vendor partners.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as required for the success of this position.

Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent independent licensure.
  • Over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, including EAP and management consultation.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading multi-functional clinical teams.
  • SAP qualification preferred.
  • CEAP certification preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and EAP best practices.
  • Adept at navigating dynamic environments and adapting to evolving responsibilities.
  • Technologically proficient: comfortable with adopting new technologies and efficient in tech-related tasks.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $97,700 - $114,500, which is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible positions. Individual compensation may vary based on experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business factors. We conduct annual reviews of employee compensation to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
