As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring internal processes, coordinating activities between clinical and non-clinical staff, and supervising support functions to facilitate efficient clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day business operations of clinical and non-clinical support activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality of care.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and develop a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication between clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and VNS Health standards, ensuring compliant operations and department readiness for internal and external audits.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other health-related degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum three years of progressive customer service or business operations experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Licenses and Certifications: License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of operations of manual and automated office systems and procedures, proficient in Personal Computers applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
