The role of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is vital in establishing a positive relationship with our clientele. This position also involves promoting our diverse range of products and services while adhering to established company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Actively marketing our offerings to both existing and prospective clients.
- Guaranteeing that all transactions comply with applicable regulations at all levels.
- Upholding company policies and operational procedures.
- Managing a balanced cash drawer effectively.
- Ensuring accuracy in all transactions, including cash handling.
- Utilizing various software applications to retrieve information and process transactions.
- Addressing customer complaints or escalating them to management as necessary.
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean workspace.
- Performing additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service roles within sectors such as hospitality, finance, retail, or food service is advantageous.
- Strong willingness and capability to engage with customers effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keen attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 15 lbs.
- Competence to work in confined spaces while maintaining focus in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels.
