About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at BRAKEmax Tire & Service Centers. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone, using our standardized customer service techniques.
  • Service Needs Assessment: Listen to and thoroughly document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs.
  • Service Recommendations: Recommend services according to your level of knowledge, clearly communicate any additional recommendations from our Automotive Technicians to the customer, and properly document all recommendations in the customer file.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of the product and associated service requirements.
  • Quote and Update: Provide customers with accurate quotes that include cost and time of completion for approved services, and provide updates throughout the day on the status of their services.
  • Post-Service Follow-up: Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction for all individual customers.
  • Return and Warranty Tracking: Track all new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
  • Skills: Professional appearance, ability to work in a process-driven environment, and possession of a current, valid driver's license.
  • Licenses: Possess a State Inspector License or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire date.
  • Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday.
