Motor Vehicle Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Motor Vehicle Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pls Financial Services, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, promoting our products and services, and ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote our products and services to current and potential customers, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred.
- Ability to engage with customers, provide strong verbal communication, and drive sales.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, and a driving record in good standing.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
