JPMorgan Chase is a leading financial institution with a rich history of innovation and customer service. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our Commercial Bank clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and effective resolution to their requests.
- Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales partners, and Bankers to ensure seamless client service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-level client contacts, including Owners, CEOs, and CFOs.
- Communicate effectively through various channels, including Zoom, email, and phone, to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
- Participate in deal team meetings to stay informed about new products and services.
- Conduct annual relationship reviews to identify potential customer-level fraud exposure and recommend appropriate products.
- Develop long-term client relationships by identifying opportunities for digital solutions and influencing internal partners to recommend products and services.
- Lead assigned clients autonomously, delivering solutions and upholding JPMorgan Chase standards and operating principles.
- Stay up-to-date on existing and upcoming technologies to support client consultation and requests.
- Proactively discuss client trends and issues with internal partners to further customize solutions.
- Solicit feedback from clients to drive client satisfaction and continuously adapt to the commercial banking landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Services or Custom Card products.
- Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends.
- Google G suites/Microsoft Office adept.
