Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality service and communication to maintain a strong client base.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Analyze data to inform internal business reviews and meetings.
  • Monitor the financial performance of vendors, clients, and sectors.
  • Manage internal resources to resolve issues that arise in the field.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and sectors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Ability to prepare, analyze, and present complex business reviews to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong analytical and intuitive judgment, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
