Job Opportunity

The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mail Services Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of mail and packages to our clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Interact with clients and internal customers through various channels, including electronic and in-person communication.
  • Administrative Skills: Manage daily volume reports, scan mail, send emails, create labels, ship packages, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Mail Operations: Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages from various carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and office supplies.
  • Copy Services: Provide copy services to associates as requested, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set by the copy request.
  • Client Confidentiality: Protect all client information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft software.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment and PC skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
  • Attention to detail.
