  • Marketing Goal Setting and Achievement: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Team Collaboration and Customer Relations: Work alongside the agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Meeting Sales Goals: A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Customer Relations: Ability to effectively relate to customers and understand their needs.
  • Licensing: Property & Casualty license and Life and Health licenses (willingness to obtain).
