Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and customers with warmth, understanding their needs to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Facilitate strong collaboration between retail and clinical service teams.
  • Manage patient appointments, data entry, and preliminary testing while addressing any patient concerns.
  • Uphold brand standards through effective housekeeping and oversee customer repairs and order deliveries.
  • Monitor the lab area for compliance with standards and report any equipment issues.
  • Ensure timely delivery commitments to patients for exceptional service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
